A Fairy Bed Made With Twigs And Love

 I are helping out by making them a nice comfie fairy bed to sleep on.



To make a fairy bed of your own start by cutting the willow or twigs into uniform lengths, they don’t have to be exact! You need one length for the bed base and shorter lengths for the bed posts.


Lie the twigs down on the table and weave them together with the twine as shown, at either end and in the centre.


Then with your glue gun glue two pieces of willow across the base to keep it stiff and straight.
Glue the bed posts to either end, as shown.

Finish by winding a little twine around each bed post joint, to make the joints good and solid – you don’t want the bed collapsing under the weight of any fairies after a feed of berries or something!!
